PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This Cahill project consists of a sprinklered Type 1-B (concrete superstructure), nine-story mid-rise residential building, housing 130 affordable units ranging from studios to three-bedroom flats. The project also includes common rooms, management offices, laundry, lobby, circulation and supportive services spaces.
LABOR REQUIREMENTS: Union Labor required for carpenters, laborers, operating engineers only / Prevailing Wage and Local hiring requirements for all trades.
SUBCONTRACTING GOALS: The developer has committed to meeting the San Francisco Contract Monitoring Division's (SFCMD) non-discrimination, equal opportunity contracting and local workforce hiring participation goals including Small Business Enterprises participation, Construction Work Force Goals, Federal Prevailing Wage requirements.
